The first Agent Wander album is called Nighttime Battles. It is the result of a somewhat out of the blue three-day recording session with Thomas, live in his living room. It contains the story of nine love songs, each going their own separate ways, and at the same time, coming home.
The album was recorded at Goudstraat Ghent, Belgium on Sept. 18th, 19th and 22nd by Pol Segers who also took care of the mixing and the mastering. |

Agent Wander is the musical brainchild of Wim Kesteloot. It combines the best of both passions: sound and word. Sound inlcudes acoustic guitar and vocals by Wim Kesteloot and piano, keys, guitars, backing vocals by Thomas Noël (Livingstone, Tabarnack, Nimporte). All songs are written by Wim. The lyrics are consciously kept compact with for instance Book of Longing by Leonard Cohen or the work of David Lynch as recurring sources of inspiration. The live band is usually a duo with Thomas Noël + various guest appearances. |
